Sir how to off timer

my units are working fine, but I can't get a hold of anyone to help me. My units are on the main floor, 1 story home, the basement has none. But it's not super warm downstairs & I want to know how to fix this problem, help!

Thanks for the video! But how can an established and serious manufacturer have a snowflake icon as cooling, a second slightly dirtier snowflake icon that is actually heating but called econo-cooling, and then yet a third icon for heating which is a sun? And it will prioritize the dirty warm snowflake over the cooling snowflake if both are selected? These are not powerful machines. They are weak wall units and do not require more than two selections - one for heat and one for cooling. This is a poor product and worse design. But I appreciate the video.

But how do you just turn on the fan? I"ve encountered these in three houses and can never just turn on the fan so it's on high so I can sleep. I can only turn on the fan for 2 seconds and it automatically closes/goes off. OMG. The manuals instructions make no sense "I feel hot I feel cold? does that mean I'm hot and I want it cold or I WANT to feel hot?

Not sure if anyone is monitoring this channel but I'll try anyway. I just received a replacement remote and the "Area" control button does nothing when pressed. I'v tried different combinations of features and nothing. Also, what is the i-see hole used for? I pressed it in with a wide tipped pen and nothing happened. I know I'm doing it correctly b/c I was able to set the time with no problems.

Shucks. I've had this AC onlyunit 3 months now and was trying to figure out where it says automatic for cooling and fan. You say how to do it, but you didn't show it done, or how to do it. This didn't help.

I cannot discern the "snowflakes" (AC) fro the "sun" (heat). The icons are soooooo tiny! They look the same. Very user UNfriendly! The low fan speed is stronger than the high fan speed. What? Designed by idiots.

can you program multiple operating windows e.g. cool from 11 pm to 1 am and then cool again from 3 am to 5 am ?

Our oil heater works well enough, although the fans are so noisy. BUT ! When there is an electrical grid failure, the monitor is out. Is there some sort of backup battery system for these heathers? Can they still operate safely without the fans?

Thank you so much. Was installed three days ago and guys tossed the owner's manual. So now I can turn the unit off. Other day it was 74 in here in winter. depressed too warm button down and the AC kicked on--no way Jose. Now will just turn the unit off if we ever get sunshine in KY this week. Love it.

1) switch it on in the dark 2) start sweating because it's on the wrong mode 3) try to light up the display with your phone to find the cool mode 4) try to go back to sleep but instead wait till the room is cool 5) switch off Aircon and go back to sleep
